Ryder changes in the pipeline

Dec 13: The European team's system for Ryder Cup qualification will have to change in order to recognise the world rankings, top golf agent Andrew Chandler has admitted.
Chandler - who looks after the likes of Darren Clarke and Lee Westwood - said that a change to the current system was essential to assemble a competitive European Ryder Cup team.
For this year's thrilling match at The Belfry, 10 players came from the European Order of Merit money list and captain Sam Torrance added two wild cards.
But next Tuesday's meeting of the European Tour's tournament committee will see a proposal to select the top 10 European players in the world rankings.
"At the end of the day, it's common sense," Chandler told BBC Sport Online.
"If you're going to have a lot of very good players on a different tour, then to pick 10 players from the European Tour would be folly.
"There needs to be some recognition of the world rankings."
