New Delhi: Today happens to be the Sankashti Chaturthi or Sankata Hara Chaturthi which is dedicated to Vighnaharta- Lord Ganesha! This day is celebrated every month according to Hindu calendar and people celebrate it by observing strict fast which is broken only after seeing the auspicious sight of the moon, followed by prayers dedicated to lord Bappa.
