Mumbai, June 30: Except film actor Sanjay Dutt, all the 85 accused on bail in 1993 bomb blast case today appeared before a special court which exempted them from appearance till July seven. Sanjay would arrive from abroad tomorrow night and appear before the court on July two, his lawyer Farhana Shah told a news agency. Subject to certain conditions, designated judge P D Kode had exempted Sanjay from appearance till June end and allowed him to visit UK and USA to perform stage show 'Jalwa-2003'.

The actor was asked to file his programme with the registrar and warned not to establish contact with the absconding accused.

In keeping with a judicial directive, 85 accused on bail appeared before the judge. Thirty other accused, lodged in central prison, were also produced before the court by CBI.
