Srinagar, Sept 23: Jammu and Kashmir government has deputed a joint team of district officers from Baramulla and Red Cross to Gurez to distribute relief among the victims of Pakistani shelling, official sources said today. Three persons, including a bus driver, were killed and five others injured in Pakistani shelling on Sunday, the sources said.

Seventeen residential houses and a bus were also damaged in the cross border shelling, they said. The team would distribute blankets, clothes and utensils among the sufferers and also provide financial assistance at the rate of Rs 8000 each to the injured.
