Srinagar, Oct 07: Three Border Security Force (BSF) personnel were killed and two others injured when militants set off an improvised explosive device (IED), targetting the road opening party of the force, on Srinagar-Pahalgam road in south Kashmir today, official sources said. Bureau Report
