And as we look forward to celebrating the joyous festival, let’s catch glimpses of weavers’ craftsmanship, who produce Kerala’s traditional attire for women- the Kasavu sari.


The Kasavu sari is the off-white sari with golden brocade border that Malayalam women opt for during festivals. And when its Onam, women cannot afford to drop the traditional sari from their wardrobe.
