Sonepat, Sept 08: The Haryana circle of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has decided to link 21 additional cities and towns with mobile phone service from October 2. Chief general manager, Haryana circle, A K Nagpal, of BSNL, while inaugurating a centre at gohana, a sub-divisional town of this district, yesterday said at present as many as 42 cities and towns of the state were linked with mobile phone service.

The BSNL, he said, has already given 1.35 lakh mobile telephone connections to subscribers against the capacity of 1.10 lakh connections.
He said that the Haryana circle had earned a net profit of Rs 200 crores during 2002-2003.
