New Delhi, Aug 21: Giving a boost to bilateral ties, India and South Africa today finalised texts of an extradition treaty and mutual legal assistance on criminal matters. The texts of the agreements were firmed up during meetings of official delegations, external affairs ministry spokesman told reporters. The agreements are likely to be signed during the state visit to India by President Mbeki.
