Patna, Oct 12: Two activists of the banned People's War Group (PWG) were arrested in Patna district, police said today. Acting on a tip off, a police team led by DSP Shailendra Prasad Vernwal raided Bhajaul village and arrested Kanhai Prasad and Ravidas yesterday.
The extremists were wanted in connection with several criminal offences for a long time, the police said. A pistol and twenty rounds of ammunition were recovered from their possession. Bureau Report
