The new production at the Palace Theatre in London will focus on Harry Potter's youngest son, Albus Severus, as he struggles to deal with his dad's legacy while living in his shadow, reported E! News.

"It would be a weird one. I could be completely wrong in this, but I feel like if I went to see it that night, there's going to be a lot of Harry Potter fans there in the audience obviously and would that then become a thing?" Radcliffe said.

"Would it be more about them watching me watch the show or would it take away from the show? I would never want to do anything that would distract or take away from the show.

"I don't know. I'm busy doing a play here at the moment, but I'm not sure."

Jamie Parker, Paul Thornley and Noma Dumezweni will portray the grown-up Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger in the new play.

"Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" will officially open on Saturday, July 30 at the Palace Theatre in London.
