CBI to submit interim report on probe in Taj corridor case
Lucknow, Aug 09: The CBI, probing the Taj heritage corridor case, would submit an interim report on its progress to the Supreme Court by August 16, the agency sources said today.

The CBI is all set to submit the report on the on-going
probe, as directed by the apex court, on or before August 16,
CBI sources told here.
The Supreme Court, while ordering a CBI probe into the case, had asked the investigating agency to complete it within eight weeks. The court had also asked it to submit an interim report on the progress of the case within a month.
The CBI had stated its probe on July 17 last.
CBI sleuths have so far questioned senior officials, including chief secretary D S Bagga and finance secretary Naveen chandra vajpayee. Bureau Report
