New Delhi, Apr 12: Holding the Sheila Dikshit government directly responsible for the various scams and corruption cases being unearthed in the capital, BJP today said it will bring out a chargesheet on the same to "expose Congress."
"We are collecting information in this regard and would soon come out with a detailed chargesheet about the four years of corruption under Congress regime in Delhi," BJP's state unit chief Madan Lal Khurana said here.
He was addressing activists of the party's youth wing, Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, who took out a demonstration highlighting the recent arrest of Congress municipal councillor Hiren Tokas on charges of bribery.
Khurana said the party would make corruption one of its main election planks for the coming Delhi Assembly polls. Accusing Congress of encouraging a culture of "wealth, wine and women," Khurana also pointed to the Atma Ram murder case where one of its councillors was alleged to have a hand in the murder.
The rallyists, who moved to the Delhi Congress Committee office chanting slogans demanding resignations of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit and state party president Subhash Chopra, courted arrest near Parliament street police station after police intervened. Bureau Report
