Jammu, Aug 22: A militant was killed in an encounter in Thandi Kasi area of Rajouri district in Jammu division today, official sources said here. As the troops reached near a militants hide-out, on a specific tip-off last evening, they came under heavy firing, they said, adding in the ensuing gunbattle, one militant was killed.
