Slobodan Milosevic stepped into the dock of the Hague war crimes tribunal on Wednesday for the second day of what is expected to be a marathon trial. Prosecutors, who accuse the former Yugoslav president of genocide in Bosnia during the 1992-1995 Bosnia war and crimes against humanity in Croatia in 1991-1992 and in Kosovo in 1999, are expected to wrap up their opening argument by the end of Wednesday's proceedings.
There is a possibility the opening argument could continue until Thursday. Bureau Report
