New Delhi, Sept 26: Aiming at a second Green Revolution, the Advisory Committee on agriculture today came out with a seven-point action plan to streamline agriculture credit, infuse technology and step up investment in the farm sector. The Advisory Committee, the first of its kind in the Finance Ministry, held its maiden meeting in which members came out with a roadmap to sequence agriculture reforms.
