Chennai, May 23: After its massive debacle in the Lok Sabha polls, BJP today said it will soon carry out an organisational reshuffle in consultation with senior party leaders. "We have to form a national executive and appoint office bearers. We will be shortly reconstituting both the bodies,” BJP president M Venkaiah Naidu told reporters at the airport here before leaving for Hyderabad.

Earlier, some party leaders were in the government now they would be available for party work, he said.

"I have to utilise their talent and give representation to all the states," Naidu said.

He wished good luck to the Congres-led United Progressive Alliance government but noted that "too many" politicians who had not won in the Lok Sabha polls had been inducted in the cabinet.

"Too many politicians who were rejected have been selected. Let us see what is going to happen," he said and expressed the hope that the new government would manage the affairs of the country.
