Ahmedabad, Dec 01: Gujarat High Court today adjourned to December 17 hearing on state government's appeal challenging acquittal of 21 accused in the sensational Best Bakery carnage. A division bench of Justice K R Vyas and Justice Kamal Mehta adjourned the hearing after defence lawyer pleaded three weeks time to obtain and study necessary papers pertaining to the case and the appeal.
