Iraqi foreign minister Naji Sabri has said any targeting of Iraq by the United States and Britain would be using the ''pretext of terrorism'' to settle old scores. The statement came in the wake of the United States warning that it may have to launch military strikes against other nations and groups.
“Should the United States and its ally Britain wish to expand the range of their aggression on Iraq under the pretext of terrorism that means they want to settle their accounts with Iraq,'' Sabri told Al-Jazeera satellite television. Bureau Report
