Chennai, Sept 20: The Lakshmi Vilas Bank Ltd has revised the interest rates for FCNR and NRE deposits with effect from September 22 and September 16 respectively. According to a bank press release here today, for FCNR deposits, the interest rates in USD for one year to below two years has been revised to 1.10 per cent and for two years to below three years to 2.30 per cent. The interest rates for NRE deposits has been revised for one year to below two years to 2.30 per cent, for deposits for two years to below three years to 2.90 per cent and for deposits of three years and above to 3.5 per cent, the release said.
