Advani to flag off Ahmedabad-Dhanbad weekly train
Ahmedabad, July 27: Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani will today flag off a new weekly train linking the city to Dhanbad in Jharkhand.
Ahmedabad, July 27: Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani will today flag off a new weekly train linking the city to Dhanbad in Jharkhand.
According to sources in the Western Railways, the function, to be presided over by Union Railway
Minister Nitish Kumar, will also be attended by Union ministers Bandaru Dattatraya, Harin Pathak and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
Though the inaugural train will run at 11.10 am, the regular trips of the train will start from Dhanbad on July 31 and from Ahmedabad on August 5.
The new train 3350 Ahmedabad-Dhanbad Express will leave here at 11.35 pm every Tuesday and reach Dhanbad at 9.05 am on Thursday while the pairing train 3349 will leave Dhanbad at 6.35 pm every Thursday and reach here at 7.00 am on Saturday.
Meanwhile, BJP sources said that Advani will later leave for Junagadh and throw open for public the recently converted broad guage line between Junagadh and Rajkot and Viramgam-Mehsana railway line. Bureau Report
