Congress on Tuesday announced names of candidates for the coming elections to the Rajya Sabha from Orissa and Arunachal Pradesh. AICC general secretary Oscar Fernandes said Maurice Kujuru and Nabam Rebia are candidates from Orissa and Arunachal Pradesh, respectively. Kujuru and Rebia are the sitting members of the Upper House.
