Ahmedabad, Apr 06: Father of BJP leader Haren Pandya, who was killed by unidentified gunmen here last month, today said his son was a victim of "political murder". In an emotion-choked voice, Vithalbhai Pandya told Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani: "My son was a victim of political murder." "If you had information regarding threats to my son why did not you protect him," he asked Advani who was here to participate in the "shradhanjali diwas" of Haren Pandya. Vithalbhai Pandya also asked the DPM "if his (Haren's) appointment to the BJP national executive was decided earlier, why did we receive a fax in this regard just one day before he was killed?"
