New Delhi, June 25: In its efforts to retain the existing consumer base, Castrol India Ltd (CIL) has relaunched its flagship diesel engine oil brand Castrol CRB Plus in India. A news paper report said that the company plans to roll out television commericals and below-the-line promos in an effort to reinforce the current awareness levels and communicate the new proposition. Castrol India plans to lay more emphasis on direct contact programmes for a target audience that consists of truckers, tractor owners and consumers who own two-wheelers. The company believes that the value-for-money proposition can be better enforced only through such direct contact programmes. The consumer contact programme has already been launched in Jaipur, the report said. Bureau Report
