Chennai, Aug 30: Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) will be used in all the five states going to polls shortly, Election Commissioner T S Krishnamurthy said here today.
He was speaking to newsmen briefly at the Meenambakkam airport tonight on his way to Mangalore.

The states going to the polls later this year are Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Delhi and Mizoram.
To another question, he said the Election Commission had not yet taken any decision on holding elections to Lok Sabha and state assemblies simultaneously.
