Washington, Feb 12: Citing the role played by US intelligence in unearthing nuclear proliferation network led by Pakistan scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan, President George W Bush warned proliferators ''We will find you”. In an address to the National Defense University here yesterday, Bush sought to place most of the credit for the Pakistan nuclear proliferation investigation on the intelligence provided by the US and emphasized the need to stop new countries from gaining the ability to enrich or process nuclear material.
Expressing US resolve to go after proliferators, Bush said, ''We will find the middlemen, the suppliers and the buyers.''
''Our message to proliferators must be consistent and it must be clear: 'We will find you, and we're not going to rest until you are stopped’.''

Bush said that the greatest threat before humanity today is the possibility of secret and sudden attack with chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear weapons.
''We must confront the danger with open eyes and unbending purpose. I've made clear to all the policy of this nation: America will not permit the terrorists and dangerous regimes to threaten us with the world's most deadly weapons,'' the American President said.
Criticizing the International Atomic Energy Agency for being ineffective, Bush called for the creation of a special committee to focus on safeguards and verification and to ensure that nations comply with international obligations.
