Jaipur, Sept 10: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati today said she would expand her ministry by September end in consultation with coalition partners including BJP.
"There is no difference among coalition partners on the ministry expansion issue and it would be done within this month," she told reporters here.
"We all were busy with the just concluded budget session but we will now take up this (expansion issue) with alliance partners," she said.
On Ayodhya issue, she said her government would abide by the court verdict, "whatever it may be".
She said Hindus and Muslims should try to resolve the issue through dialogue.
On issue of issuance of fresh notification against 15 people, including top BJP leaders, in the Babri Masjid demolition case, Mayawati said the state government had to reply to the Supreme Court on the issue by Sept 23.
"We will make reply to the Supreme Court by then," she said. Bureau Report
