Bhubaneswar, May 26: Vice Admiral Madanjit Singh, flag officer commanding-in-chief of Southern Naval Command, Kochi, visited INS Chilka on an annual inspection, according to an official release. The Vice Admiral, who is on a two-day visit, was received by Capt K.N.Mohandas, commanding officer, on his arrival at the INS Chilka, it said.
