New Delhi, Aug 1: The Supreme Court today issued notices to Union environment and industry ministries as well as to Central Pollution Control Board on a petition warning of an impending danger of spread of mad-cow and foot and mouth diseases in India due to the unhealthy methods of disposal of animal waste in 3600 slaughter houses in various states.
