New Delhi, Aug 24: A Delhi court today reserved its order on Europe-based Hinduja brothers' plea for quashing the CBI chargesheet against them on the ground of "inordinate delay in the probe and trial" in the Bofors pay-off case.
Special Judge Prem Kumar, who heard lengthy arguments stretching over a month from Hindujas' and the CBI, said he would pronounce the order on August 29.

Earlier, Hindujas' counsel Ram Jethmalani filed their "rebuttal" on CBI's submissions before the court to which the probe agency would file a rejoinder on August 28.
Hindujas had charged CBI with having favoured Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, a co-accused in the case, saying the probe agency did not search his house after he fled to Malaysia on July 29, 1993.
Jethmalani had yesterday shown to the special judge a copy of a red corner alert notice issued by Interpol against Quattrocchi and his wife Maria and claimed Maria had visited India in November 1993 but CBI did not question or arrest her.
