Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Saturday said there could be a meeting with Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf at the forthcoming SAARC summit in Kathmandu early January.
“If SAARC summit is held (in Kathmandu) and I go there and he (Pervez Musharraf) comes there, then we could meet,” he told reporters in New Delhi in an informal chat at a luncheon hosted by BJP spokesman V K Malhotra.
Since the Agra Summit in July, the two leaders have not met.
