Bangalore, Dec 12: The condition of former Karnataka Chief Minister Ramakrishna Hegde, who was hospitalised earlier this week following "electrolyte imbalance", is stable, the doctor attending on him said today. "Today, he is quite stable. He has overcome most of the problems but intestines are still a bit sluggish. Sugar and blood pressure are normal. He is alert and doing fine", Dr. B Ramana Rao told a news agency this evening. Hegde is currently being treated in the intensive care unit of a private hospital. Bureau Report
