Indian pace spearhead Javagal Srinath, who injured his hand in the third test against South Africa at Centurion Park on Monday, on Friday said he would be fit and back in action by December 6.
Srinath said that he had already submitted his fitness certificate to the Indian Cricket Board (BCCI).
The Indian speedster had suffered an injury on his fifth metacarpal (little finger) of his non-bowling hand.
But displaying grit and vigour, he had bowled a dozen overs in his first two spells and retired to the dressing room only after taking the wicket of South African opener Herschelle Gibbs. He bowled another spell of four overs later.

This is the second time that Srinath has been hit on the knuckle of his little finger, adding to his injury woe.
