Togadia case adjourned till December 17
Ajmer, Oct 10: A court here today adjourned hearing of a case against VHP General Secretary Praveen Togadia and four other leaders for giving inflammatory speeches to December 17 on prosecution request.

December 17 on prosecution request.
Togadia and the four others have been accused of giving inflammatory speeches and attempting to overthrow government in a 'dharam sabha' on April 13 here.
Assistant public prosecutor Ram Lal Gurjar requested the court of magistrate L D Tiwari to adjourn the case for seventy days as speeches of Togadia at various places in the country
are to be collected.
Togadia was not present during today's hearing. He was represented by his counsel Onkar Singh Lakhawat.
