Srinagar, June 15: Jammu and Kashmir police would organise a conference of senior police officers on Sunday to discuss wide-ranging issues concerning the organisation and ways to tackle the challenges posed by terrorism and hi-tech crimes, official sources said on 13th.

Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed would inaugurate the meet, which would deliberate upon the role and responsibility of police in changed times, the sources said.
The officers would also discuss ways to make the police an instrument of peace through active cooperation of the people, they added.
