New Delhi, Mar 10: The Class IX common English paper for Delhi government schools was today cancelled after reports that it has been leaked. ''The English paper has been cancelled,'' sources in the directorate of education told press. Earlier, the Sanskrit paper had been cancelled after it was leaked.
