MQM leader Altaf Hussain may visit India
Islamabad, July 19: Pakistan`s Muttahida Qaumi Movemnent`s leader-in-exile Altaf Hussain may soon visit India as a part of the ongoing process to normalise Indo-Pak relations.
Islamabad, July 19: Pakistan's Muttahida Qaumi Movemnent's leader-in-exile Altaf Hussain may soon visit India as a part of the ongoing process to normalise Indo-Pak relations.
Muttahida Qaumi Movemnent (MQM) coordination committee
on Thursday decided to send its goodwill delegation to India,
Pakistani daily 'The Dawn' reported.
A special committee constituted for the purpose held its first meeting in at the international secretariat in London to finalise and make arrangements for a Hussain-led delegation to India.
Hussain has been receiving invitations from the Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah in New Delhi and Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti Dargah in Ajmer, but the MQM leader was unable to undertake the visit, the report said. Bureau Report
