Jammu, Oct 24: Two civilians were injured in continuing exchange of fire between Indian and Pakistani troops in various sectors along Line of Control(LoC) since yesterday, official sources said here today.
Firing lasted for a few hours in Siachen glacier last night, however there was no loss of life or damage on Indian side, they said.
Small arms firing along LoC was also reported at few places in Rajouri and Poonch sectors and along IB in Samba sector.
Two civilians, Pawan Kumar and Rekha Devi received splinter injuries when a artillery shell from across IB fell at village Masha-Pangowala of Samba sector.
Even though firing reduced since morning, troops along the borders were continuing to keep strict vigil.
