Thiruvananthapuram, July 24: A team of Central Congress leaders would visit Kerala this week to sort out the problems in the party's state unit and the ruling UDF, senior Congress leader K Karunakaran said today. "A Central team will visit the state this week itself to hold discussions with the coalition partners," Karunakaran told reporters at the airport on his return from Delhi, where he held parleys with AICC chief Sonia Gandhi yesterday.

Asked whether he was still firm about his demand for removal of A K Antony as chief minister, Karunakaran shot back asking "is there any reason to be shaky about that."
While Karunakaran on Monday demanded removal of Antony as chief minister, Congress' principal ally IUML is upset over Antony's controversial statement that minorities in the state often used their "organised force for collective bargaining."
