New Delhi, Aug 11: Focussing on mid-price segment, Fortune Park hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC hotels, aims to generate Rs 120 crore revenue by 2007. "We want to generate this revenue by managing at least 40 properties in the mid-price segment," Mandeep Lamba, President of the Fortune hotels, told reporters here.
It has devised a strategy to tap the segment aggressively and has increased its strength by one third in the past one month.
It posted Rs 30 crore turnover last fiscal, which it aims to increase to Rs 50 crore by the end of this fiscal.

The chain manages 11 properties having 948 rooms.
It has added three more properties in Tirupati, Hyderabad and Madurai recently and is in the process of adding to its portfolio with a hotel at Indore by the end of this month.
"The mid-price hotel segment offers an attractive avenue in near future," Lamba said.
The chain would start operations in places like Kolkata, Chennai, Gurgaon, Goa and Chandigarh by early next fiscal.
It has also plans to open hotels in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore soon and has been receiving an encouraging response from the property owners in these places.
