New Delhi, Nov 24: Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party chairman Bhim Singh tonight condemned the terrorist attack on Raghunath Temple in Jammu and said that it was reflective of the frustration among Pakistan's ISI and foreign mercenaries operating in the state.
Demanding an urgent meeting of the coordination committee of the coalition partners in Jammu and Kashmir government, he appealed to the people of Jammu to maintain harmony and peace.
Referring to BJP general secretary M A Naqvi's criticism of the state government, in which Panthers Party is also a partner, Singh said blaming the state government would not accomplish the agenda of uprooting terrorism sponsored from across the border.
The spurt in terrorism was because of frustration among ISI and mercenaries who are unhappy over the participation of Kashmiris in development programmes in the state, Singh said in a statement. Bureau Report
