Imphal, June 12: Former Arunachal Pradesh Governor Arvind Dave was today sworn in as the tenth governor of Manipur. Guwahati High Court Chief Justice P P Naolekar administered the oath of office and secrecy to Dave at a simple function, attended by Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh, his ministerial colleagues and other high officials. Senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister R K Dorendra Singh, state NCP president S Tiken Singh, state JD (U) president W Kulabidhu Singh, state BJP president M Bhorot Singh and leaders of different political parties were present.
