RJD trying to rig bypoll in Bihar: BJP
Patna, Nov 17: BJP today accused the ruling RJD of allegedly misusing the state machinery to rig the November 20 bypolls to the three assembly constituencies in Bihar and urged the election commission to take effective steps to ensure free, fair and peaceful elections.

The Rabri Devi government is misusing the machinery to
rig the bypoll in favour of RJD which has also "engaged
criminals to create an atmosphere of panic among people in the
constituencies", opposition leader in state assembly S K Modi
told reporters here.
"Even the government vehicles are being misused by the ministers for supplying firearms to anti-socials", Modi charged.
Modi asked the EC to take measures to prevent the ministers from misusing the vehicles and government machinery and stop RJD supremo Laloo Prasad Yadav from using the facilities provided to Chief Minister.
