Mumbai, Oct 27: Birla Global Finance Ltd is to sell 51 per cent holding in its subsidiary Birla Sun Life Securities (BSSL) to J V Gokal Securities Pvt Ltd for Rs 4.85 crore. The sale of 30,60,000 equity shares of Birla Sun Life securities, which was approved by the board today for a total consideration of Rs 4.85 crore, was subject to all requisite nods as may be required in the matter, the company informed the stock exchange in Mumbai.
