Jabalpur, Oct 31: Madhya Pradesh Janata Party chief and MLA Kankar Munjare today said that "neither ruling Congress nor BJP would be able to get an absolute majority to form government" in the December 1 polls in the state. Accusing Congress and BJP of being hand in glove, Munjare while replying to a query said, the real development of the state can only occur when it was rid of both congress and BJP, which was the need of the hour.

He said the Janata Party would field 70 candidates and was expected to win atleast 15 seats in the elections.

Observing that the party would have no truck with Congress or BJP for the polls, Munjare, however said, that electoral alliances would be considered barring the two parties according to situation.
He said that a rally would be held at Balaghat on November 6, in which national president Subramanaim Swamy, acting president Vijay Mallya and film actress Shilpa Shetty would participate.
