New Delhi, Oct 15: South African President Thabo Mbeki will arrive here today on a four-day official visit to the Indian sub-continent. Mbeki would be accompanied by a high-level delegation of ministers and businessmen. During the visit, President Mbeki would visit New Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai and would hold talks with Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee in addition to other senior ministers and businessmen. The South African delegation is expected to sign at least four agreements such as extradition, maritime co-operation and health. The visit is a consolidation of the already strong relations between the two countries and it will really focus at the highest level, according to the Indian High Commissioner in Pretoria, Shiv Mukherjee.
