Dubai, Oct 28: Four Indians from prominent Mumbai families were arrested for possessing drugs in Dubai. The youngsters were caught when the police raided the hotel they were staying in.
They include Farhan Azmi, son of Samajwadi Party Leader Abu Azmi, Shaan, grandson of filmmaker G P Sippy, B Chhabria, son of car designer Dilip Chhabria and Prakash Dandekar.
"My son called me and said there were some people, staying with him in the hotel, who had some drug laced cigarettes," said Abu Azmi. Farhan was apparently in Dubai looking for a chef for his Mumbai restaurant, Basilico.

But legal experts say that tough anti-drug laws in Dubai may make their job harder. The four could face the death sentence if accused of trafficking, though one of them was reportedly caught using drugs.
And to complicate matters further, the men were allegedly staying in a hotel owned by a member of the Mumbai underworld.
