RPI MLA alleges discrepancies in Haryana police selection
Chandigarh, Oct 14: Lone Republican Party of India MLA in the Haryana Assembly Karan Singh Dalal today alleged that majority of the 79 persons selected as sub-inspectors in Haryana police recently were relatives of ruling party functionaries, including the Chief Minister.

that majority of the 79 persons selected as sub-inspectors in
Haryana police recently were relatives of ruling party
functionaries, including the Chief Minister.
Addressing a press conference here, Dalal said that a
number of people from Rajasthan were also selected along with
others with an eye on elections to the assembly in the
neighbouring state shortly.
Some of the candidates were over-aged, some at 40, against the maximum permissible age of 30 years, he alleged.
Dalal also released the list of 22, who he claimed were relatives of senior functionaries of the ruling Indian National Lok Dal, including MPs, MLAs, party office bearers and of some senior officers, including the DGP of Haryana Police.
