New Delhi, Sept 18: Track failure led to the derailment of the 2056 DN Dehradun-New Delhi Janshatabdi Express train between Saharanpur and Meerut city on September six in which one person was killed and four others were injured.

This was revealed in the preliminary report of a
statutory inquiry by the Commissioner of Railway Safety,
northern circle, G P Garg, an official release said here
today.
