New Delhi, June 28: A multi-storeyed under-construction building in central Delhi today collapsed and at least eight labourers were "feared" to be buried under the debris, police said. The building in Turkman Gate area collapsed at around 9.15 am, they said.
While the debris clearing operation was underway, police believed that at least eight labourers staying there could have been buried under it.
Police had notified to MCD about a month back that the construction of the building was "illegal". Bureau Report
