Chennai, June 23: Ramarajan, a former AIADMK Lok Sabha member and a popular Tamil film hero, said to be in deep financial troubles now, called on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa at her residence today. Party sources said the meeting lasted nearly an hour when the actor, now separated from his actress wife Nalini, explained his problems and sought help. The market for the actor, who had acted in several rural-based films in 80's, started dipping in 90s with the emergence of young heroes in the film industry. He is an ardent follower of late M G Ramachandran.
